country house
Did this as one of my images for computer Ill and this was the only successful image at least till i tweak the other two. I need to keep working in this way it just clicked wit some things. I enjoyed working with my group and got a head band out of it. It was good to work with folks who have a different approach and outlook.

pulpcover Tales of a Dark Mars
My initial semi tight sketch for a Pulp Magazine cover, while drawing this out I saw this working much better as a painting but this will do I hope. Though the drawing does capture a lot of what I want to show though.

Final pages of ye old recycled paper sketchy book. It served me well and saw me through some of the weirdest nights of my life when the ideas and imagery were a tad bit bizarre Now on to get another though a more durable one with some tooth to da surface.

Lately I have doing more studies. Landscapes and plants and trees mostly in color. Trying to improve my observation of color and how quickly and accurately I can get it down then refine them later possibly.
Any how on Monday some of my sketches where posted on sweet-station.com, I was surprised when I was contacted by the site moderator through flickr and even more so when she said she would put some work up. A page I did this past Monday, trying to really make use of the entire pages in my sketchbooks now.

Just a page (one of many) that I did the other day, now that summer is really underway the next thing besides these usual pages will be finished illustrations and paintings or at least quick color studies.
