The last last post of 2011

Well I thought that last post was my last one, but I had and have more at that needed to be up before the end of the year. Some of the sketch pages are from earlier this year, I bumped into them while I was going through my stuff. The pictures and scans don't do some of the drawings and such justice. In any case Happy New Year everybody, don't get too fucked up.

Likely to be the last update of the year

This is the last update of the year, and what a year it has been. Onto 2012 and what is sure to be a crazy year if this last one is any sign. These drawings are some that I was assigned to do for an internship I applied for but I'm not sure if that is going to pan out or not, in any case it was nice to do these sketches and do the research for them..

Long overdue update

I'm finally back on the internet after nearly two months, been living back in my old town taking care of my old place till things get wrapped up it's serving as my very nice sized studio. I've been staying up late reading, creating and relaxing to be honest. In any case like I said I've been creating, from morning till morning sometimes painting and drawing. Some of the scans are not that great my poor scanner is cracking up. On to the rest of an over due update.

A painting I did recently of the view from one of the windows in my house. I've done some painting over the last few months and wish I had some more more panels to work with, after working on this (24x36) and a few others of the same size I know I work better at a smaller scale.

A couple of pages from the small sketchbook. After moving and sorting some of my stuff I realized I had around 45 or so sketchbook most if not all of them done during my time in school, a few from my two years at the local college and the majority during my time at Ringling. It's crazy how much you do without realizing it sometimes, looking over them I definitely learned a few things. Actually I have some art to make, so till next update.
